01A fix didn't work
Tell us which fix you used and what you heard, like "the echo fix made my voice sound underwater." Your browser and device help too.
You don't need to send the recording. fix.fm never receives your audio, and a sentence about what went wrong is usually enough for us to reproduce it on our test recordings.
